Broker Open - Another Seller Service

One of the services we provide but don’t talk about often is a Broker Open.
This is where we invite over 100 other agents to view the home. For this one, we provided a light breakfast and gave the first 20 agents a $10 gift card to Chick-Fil-A. We usually spend between $300-$500 on this event. We do this so that the home is top of mind for all the agents that see it, and maybe they can think of a client that would love it too. Also, the other agents fill out a feedback form and that gives the sellers other professional opinions about the condition and price of the home.
